Small groups. Big country.

Coach tours see the Highlands through a window. We stop where they cannot, walk where they will not and know which viewpoint is empty at 9am. Our guides grew up in Plockton, Aviemore and Inverness, and it shows.

From the back seat

What our guests say

  • Ewan timed the Storr walk perfectly. We had the top to ourselves while the car park filled up below.

    Hannah, Leeds

    Isle of Skye 3-Day Adventure

  • Glencoe in the rain was somehow even better. Small group, real stories, no rushing.

    Marco, Bologna

Loch Ness, Glencoe & the Highlands

  • Two golden eagles, a red squirrel at arm's length and the best shortbread I've ever had.

    Priya, Toronto

    Cairngorms Wildlife Day

  • We'd never have managed those single-track roads ourselves. Four days that felt like a fortnight.

    Sam and Jo, Brighton

    North Coast 500 Highlights

  • Callum made the battlefield feel real. Clava at sunset was something else.

    Erik, Gothenburg

    Culloden & Clava Cairns

  • Perfect for our last morning in Inverness. Easy, friendly and back in time for the train.

    Mei, Singapore

    Loch Ness & Urquhart Castle

  • Layers, whatever the forecast says. A waterproof jacket is essential all year, plus a warm fleece or jumper and comfortable shoes with some grip. On the Skye and NC500 tours bring walking boots and waterproof trousers. Highland weather can change four times in a day, which is half the fun.
