We design and fit complete bathrooms with our own plumbers, tilers and an electrician, so you deal with one project manager and one fixed price from strip-out to silicone.

We are particular about the parts you do not see: properly falling waste pipes, tanked shower areas and the right valves for your water pressure. Aberdeen's soft water is kind to taps and glass, but it shows up poor pipework fast.

How much does a new bathroom cost in Aberdeen?

Do I need a building warrant for a wet room?

Usually not for a like-for-like bathroom refit. Moving a bathroom, adding new drainage or altering structure can need a building warrant from Aberdeen City Council or Aberdeenshire Council, and we will tell you on the design visit.

Do you cover Aberdeenshire as well as Aberdeen city?

Yes. Our engineers are based at Tarn Quay by the harbour and cover the whole of Aberdeen city plus Aberdeenshire out to Stonehaven in the south, Ellon in the north and Westhill and Echt to the west.
